I wanna try to make fb auto comment program on VB , what i need to know to make this program?

You need to learn the basics before anything bro.. but if you wanna give it a go, you could do this using either web requests or the web browser control.

Learn how to send webrequests and more of the basics and it shouldnt be too difficult to make.
