So annoyed, Visual basic 2010 Windows form

I do not like visual basic 2010 but I have to do it for computer class ( I like java more :P )

but this is what I got to do...

Application 1
a) Create a MailingCost project. The application interface should look similar to:
b) Set the appropriate object properties from the Design window.
c) Write the application code so that the mailing cost of a package of magazines is displayed when the
magazine size is selected. The mailing cost for regular magazines is $1.05 per magazine (1.05 quantity)
and $1.25 per magazine (1.25
quantity) for oversized magazines. Your code should include comments
with your name and today’s date. The application interface should look similar to the following after a
quantity is typed and a magazine size is selected:
d) Modify the MailingCost application to include a TextChanged event procedure that clears the mailing
cost.

Application 2
a) Create a CarPool application. The application interface should look similar to:
b) Set the appropriate object properties from the Design window.
c) Write the application code so that when Compute is clicked the number of cars needed and the number
of people left over are displayed. A car can hold 4 people. Your code should include comments with your
name and today’s date. The application interface should look similar to the following after clicking
Compute:
d) Modify the CarPool application to include a TextChanged event procedure that clears the cars needed
and the people left over.

This is my test tomorrow and I don't understand, I forgot it, and its annoying me. Its a windows form, and I keep trying over and over the codes and I can't seem to get it. What is it? Any help?
Post what you already have, and we'll help you!
So you post your test directions here and expect us to do it for you?
Nah.
Alright, here is what I have for the first one. ( 2 lbl, 2 radio buttons, 1 textbox, and all that other stuff )
Now the code part: Private Sub radRegular_Changed(ByVal sender As ... u get the rest of that part )
Dim Regular As Integer
Dim OverSized As Integer

Me.lblCost.Text = Regular * 1.05

idk Im so confused.

For the second one, I really don't know. The thing I know is I have to use integer and Mod
I have nothing for the second one because I was so lost.
we aren't going to do your homework for you, OP

Your right, I need to learn it on my own, so maybe some help.
No one is just going to do your homework assignments because you want us to; but I'm nice so I'll give you a few pointers on the second one.

Take 2 Integers and name them "Cars" and "People" and create a button on your form. Double click that to bring up the code and use some math operations to find the answer to the question "left over people" from the carpool. If the car can hold 4 people, then use "Mod" ( www .dotnetperls. com /mod ) to get the remainder, and write it to a label using .ToString()

I won't give much more help than that.
Actually, forget this thread. I really need to learn this on my own, and the best way to is make a bad grade so I need to improve.
Thanks for those who replied.
Q1:
Read the entered quantity. If the standard size option is selected, multiply by 1.05, else multiply by 1.25 for oversize.

Q2:
How many will fill cars of 4? Think int division.
How many are left over? Think remainder cough modulus cough cough

Good luck!
