Can someone please link me a tut on how to preform sql injections?

You could have easily searched SQLi tut and there's a lot of threads that'll pop up. Here's a few from that search and also some tutorials in Premium Hacking Tutorials.
[Tutorial] Basic MySQL Injection [Beginner Friendly] by Zer0Pwn
TUTORIAL - Basic MySQL injection [UPDATED with BLIND SQLi] by bckslsh.
[TUT] basic sqli, string injection and waf bypassing by 'Flareon
These should help with what you're looking for. I also recommend reading this also.
A treatise on SQLi by Judge Dredd

I'm gonna have a go and guess you don't know SQL yet. Learning SQL Injection before learning SQL is like learning how to run before learning how to walk.
