If you guys don't know about advcash.com , that is a website where you can get a virtual credit card by depoziting bitcoin. But the fee is 2$... Like , for a cc with 1$ on it you will have to pay 3$. And i don't like it
Anyone knows a better website to do that with a less fee?

EDIT : I want to create multiple cards , with 1$ on each. So a service like Skrill or Payoneer would not work for me even if the fee is smaller.

Skrill, One time fee of 10$ to get a card. Once home, you can even pay in ur local market with it.. IS this something you look for?

How can we pay in our local market with it? Do we get it in the mail or something? Also does it work in Norway?
