you most likely wont be able to buy btc from anyone on here. since your non upgraded with 0 rep and joined last month. if you would like a way to buy btc with cash at a 1:1 rate shoot me a pm or look through my threads.

use payeer.com, it is one of the few exchangers that directly does Paypal -> BTC in couple of hours, the rates are slightly above market rates but it is totally worth.

ALSO: from the way you talk, sounds like you are RUNNNIN with someone else's paypal . :D
