i know this might not go here but i really want to work on some coding and i'm sure it's not going to be easy to disable this feature, but i can literally go through all of the system files, it hasn't blocked that. any help?

also there's this 2 hour timer on it, anyone have an idea on how to disable such a thing?

any suggestions or redirections would be nice

Depends on how the timer is setup, its probably something that starts on login so take a look at task scheduler (might be simply a scheduled shutdown/logout 2 hours after login)
