Tutorial
1 - Create your document with the size of the HF signature space with a transparent background (650x200 max) but for this tutorial I will be using 600x200

2 - Let's add some guides so we can center our text correctly.
To do this enable your rulers with (CTRL+R) and they should appear.
Now to get your guides to appear all you need to do is drag down from the rulers and drag them into the center until you see it lock, do the same for both sides.
3 - Let's add the HF background colour because we will be saving this in GIF format it will need the background.
Set one of your colour pallets too #333333 and just use the rectangle tool to add in a background, it now should look something like this

4 - Now we can add our text this can be anything. I'll just use the font ADAM.CG PRO and start with a basic red colour for now. And then center your text using the guides we put in earlier.
So you should have something like this so far.

5 - Let's begin on the making the text move, this is the only complicated part of this tutorial (it's super easy).
First set your photoshop into "essential" in the upper right hand corner, this should open up your timeline bar at the bottom.
6 - At your timeline section we will need to duplicate our first frame, find the button that looks like this;
and you should end up with it looks like this.Spoiler (Click to View)
7 - Making sure you have the second frame selected we will move our text close to the top of the canvas and it should look like this now

8 - Back down at the timeline select both frames (CTRL+Left click) and we are going to tween the frames, to do this find this button;
and a menu wll pop up, we are going to add in 35 frames and then hit OKSpoiler (Click to View)
9 - So now you should have something like this, and you can save it like this but that's boring we want it too "bounce".

10 - Now we are going to select all our frames and duplicate them.
We can do this by looking in the top right hand corner of the timeline and clicking the arrow that's pointing down and selecting "select all frames"
(duh) So once they are all selected go back to dropdown you just selected the frames in and click "copy frames"
(let's also not forget our original count of frames because it will come in handy later; it should be 37)
So go back into the drop down and paste the frames. make sure paste after selection is checked and hit OK
