I'm sure there is a good reason as to why this doesn't already exist but I feel like there are too many threads being started in the lounge with people asking questions about Paypal and to be fair to them I don't really know where else they would ask but it is a bit ridicules for it to be in the lounge so is there any chance we could implement this.

I highly doubt this would be added due to the fact the majority of the threads which ask for Paypal assistance are involved with eWhoring, which is fraud. If a member has a problem with Paypal they should contact Paypal support to get legitimate advise and support.
Also you can post a thread within the marketplace discussions under the payment processor prefix. You should report those threads which exist in the lounge.

Thats more or less what I was expecting, I just wanted a good explanation. I just wish people wouldn't put it in the lounge.
