Hm, no sense to me. There is a tool for pc, but you must to search. If you worry about spam/ post by application ( which i suggest ) is completely clean. So if you couldn't find what you want, shoot me pm.

Use instagress. There you can unfollow the onces that does not follow you.
You will get 3 days for free when you sign up with a new account. After that you can pay for the service or sign up with a new account and transfer the 3 days to the account of your choice, so it is basically free. :)
