Removing BIOS/boot password?

Sup fellas I recently purchased a used msi wind u100 and it came with Windows 10. I'm trying to install Arch Linux on it but unfortunately when I tried to boot from a USB it asks for a password which the seller says he doesn't have. Is there a way I can bypass this password just to install Arch or am I f**ked? I tried google but nothinh seems to be relevant to windows 10.
you'll need to remove the cmos battery on the motherboard and then put it in again
Crapp that sucks was hoping there was a software solution I hadn't heard of.... Well guess I better start searching YouTube for a detailed disassembly video lol

Edit: well looks like I'm even more f**ked apparently just unplugging the CMOS won't do it due to some damn capacitor's some where within the laptop...

remove laptop battery + cmos for 10mins. it will clear it.
There are basic BIOS passwords, or just try to remove the battery.
