About Me
My name is Shadow. I am 17 years old, and I live in Los Angeles, California. I currently attend high school (11th grade) where I'm the president of my school's community service program, tech academy, and the Vice President of the performing arts program. I'm currently also a registered Eagle Scout, with about 750 cumulative hours of community service (this can be proven). Sometimes I like to joke around a lot, but I'm actually a very responsible and determined person, not to mention a leader. One of my biggest and favorite hobbies is starting different fundraisers/service events and other ways to help and benefit the community. My other hobbies include tutoring in math and physics, programming (C#, F#, Haskell, Python, Node, Ruby), producing music, and playing water polo. One thing I forgot to mention earlier is that I am the team captain of my school's varsity water polo team, where we currently rank #8 in our division. The reason why I want to join legends is because I feel the group has a lot to offer in terms of contributions and well-roundedness, and it's something that I want to be a part of, especially if it means working alongside great leaders such as Mesh and Raymond.

My Accomplishments:
- http://chatango.com: I am not the owner nor the founder of chatango, however I have been a head developer there for 3 years now. All of the tagservers are written by me in GoLang.
- PyBB: I am a part of the PyBB team. PyBB is a forum software written in Python (Django framework).
- App Dev: I am an iOS and Android application developer. I will not list my current apps in the store due to my identity possibly being revealed, however one application that I was in charge of developing is the Chatango app which is currently available on Android devices only. I currently develop with swift for iOS and Java for android.
- NullCTF: a global online "capture-the-flag" hacking, websec, & coding competition with amazing prizes for the top hacker. This event will go live in 2016 and I am the head developer.
- DBHacks: Last year, I co-hosted one of the biggest "hackathons" in Southern California, and this year (2016) i'm taking initiative to completely take over. This event will bring together over 1,000 people from around California to an event center for a 24 hour competition where they will build and compete.
- Project Nexus: Previously known as myBot, Nexus is a project that I started when I was younger, but it's something that i've been working on for quite a while know. Nexus is a full fledged moderation bot & AI that supports many platforms such as IRC, Chatango, Facebook Groups & Chat, Skype, and other features available on Twitter DMs & XMPP.
My Certifications:
I currently have my Sysadmin certification, which I received almost a year ago.

I am Frankie and I used to be in the group, the only reason I was kicked is because of an in activity check that I missed. If I am accepted back I will definitely be willing to hold myself accountable to not miss it again and keep up and up with whatever the group has going on and participate and contribute whenever needed.
Legends is an incredible group to be in. Put some effort in to your application! It is worth it.

The name is steel , max steel and I am a hobbyist developer from Greece,My main target is Windows os and system oriented stuff ,some malware stuff too , I would say I am white hat as I dont do illegal things , only testing on my own pc.My skills are some decent C# knowledge and now I am learning C++ but I have also been working with : Python/C/VB.I love coding and I would love to interact with awesome coders and awesome mebers in general, I try to help the community with some simple tuts and compilations, I think the group will give me an opportunity to do more.The problem is I dont got much time , but, I will try to be as active as possible.I think that we will be able to help each other and the community in the group and we are going to have a great time, I would love to be accepted,Since it is one of the best groups to be in.

Would love to see more faces within the group. We're a tight-knitted group full of talented individuals except a few Indian fagg0ts which you can just ignore. 😈
Really guys, the only thing i can recommend you is to take your time.
Text formatting and general grammar gives a generally better impression.
When i made mine i made it over two-three days, and listened to some music and constantly edited it in draft.
Really recommended group, we may be underestimated.

actions speak louder than words.
can't possibly think of spending that much time on school essays i don't know why i would for a group with no potential benefits. I remember some groups claiming they were "this and that" and it ended up being an elitist group essentially.

I actually didn't spend that much time, i was just thinking about it.
When i had more ideas i added it to the thread.
Legends really does bring new friends and good possibility to e.g make some money and such (It brings more things).

I didn't mean to come off as condescending I just was commenting on the fact that you might give some users the wrong impression that they need a lengthy, verbose, app which is filled with circumlocution when really just showing your products/expertise in action is much more effective.

Here's the thing.
You get into a group on some terms. One of the most basics is you helping and contributing in group's cause. We expect dedication from you in the first place, and if you do not show that in application, I feel its not worth giving you a spot.
I don't know what groups you refer to by your statement, I speak for Legends and Specialists only.
