My pendrive is write protected. How to remove write protection ??please tell me
When i cooy to pendrive "write protected" error show and then i cant copy, cant delete previous data in pendrive, cant format through dos,linux,fat32,ntfs and also changing regetry key n all these i try but not work. And think this is because of virus.
this pendrive contains Usb Hacking software.
So please tell me how to repaire this pendrive or How remove pendrive write protection ??please help me

There should be some write protection button on it or something you can slide? like the SD card?
I haven't heard of this before but it might be something like that.

There is nothing like that. Only pendrive is write protected.
if u know tell me one Formating software that can format pendrive in any critical condition or corrupt pendrive n please send link if u know

If it's locked, you wont be able to format at all, not even edit any of the files...

One more thing to check:

other comments: "hmm; how does the Disk Mgr show the layout (not the drive letters)?
If it doesn't show Partition, then we need to reformat the device.
