There may be others, but so far I have found two software licensing systems which are based on Elliptic curve cryptography.
The first is SoftActivate, and the second is Ellipter (both can be found through a google search immediately). Since the latter sells for 5-10x the price of the former, I was wondering what benefits it had to warrant the price tag.
