Try this:
Code Try checking this folders CHMOD:
./cache/
./cache/themes/
They should be both "777".
Then try to save again your .css
edit:
Looks like it worked. https://i.imgur.com/VWlP8Zw.png

Seems your issue is resolved.
You're using a ripped theme that's never gonna help get your forum going.

I am using a retail theme thanks very much :)
It seems even with a new theme this happens anyone know why?

- I'm loading everything perfectly fine on my end.
- Try rebuilding/reloading all caches. (Tools & Maintenance > Cache Manager)
While I doubt the above will work you may try another solution. If you're having the same issues with a different theme check the CHMOD for both the root/cache & root/cache/themes folders.

Yeah it seems to happen for about 90% of people. Not sure why tried that gonna see. Also tried many other things and have had 10+ people try and it has yet to work

Tell those people to clear their browsing data as it may be an issue to them. If the site uses CloudFlare than you may need to purge cache for your website.

Already have tried that 10+ times no luck. it has to be something with my firewall (blazingfast protection) or something in mybb core

I've seen cookies do this as well Niko. Have or can you tell those users that are experiencing the problems to delete all of the cookies associated with your domain?
