How about you just upload your files to https://www.virustotal.com/ .
If they are truly clean files, you should be fine to post results and the stub.

Members have been posting warning others that a user might be a multi or that a member might be infecting others without proof for quite some time now.

There isn't a rule against that. As always, it's expected that members be mindful of what they download off of the internet. Nonetheless, if a user is infecting members, he can be warned/banned/closed.
