I thought I remembered Gecko having options to setup your own download dialog stuff like the directory, etc..

I was trying to use webrequests and network.downloadfile to navigate to my navigated url but found out what I'm downloading is executed from javascript. So now I just need to change the downloaded folder directory and that'll work just fine for my purposes.
