Did you read the message that it sent you? After 24 hours if you have not been upgraded pm staff with transaction ID and wait. No need to make a thread.

Staff do not deal with upgrades, only Omniscient does.

Looking into this now. For those that do end up waiting beyond 24 hours for an upgrade please include your PP email address so I can search it. Maybe 1% of orders error with the notification and that causes an issue. I just need to verify payment.
