Regardless of what drink you originally order and given that you stay inside the location, you can get a free refill of iced coffee, iced tea, hot coffee, or hot tea (same size or smaller) however there are limitations. All of those will come with a sweetener or flavor if you ask for it at no change but certain things like lemonade in iced tea lemonades, mocha sauces in coffee or iced coffee with be an incurred cost. If I'm not mistaken too, earned and birthday rewards have an expiration date of four days after you receive it.

Still, this is a great perk to take advantage of if you like to lounge inside Starbucks.

Thanks for mentioning the birthday rewards part. I always thought that it was only valid on the day of your birthday. (That's why I haven't gone in the past 3 years :( too busy)
