I can't code for shit so just try and see if it works. If not then too bad, it works for me.

The link has the same behavior as the 'View Last Post' links you can see on the 'View New Posts' page and 'Your Threads' page.
Also works on profiles of other users.

Click here to install the script.

After:

In case it wasn't obvious yet, you'll need to have a browser extension installed in order to use this script. You can figure it out.

---

Known problems: Doesn't work when the search page contains the words "Last Post".

Check out my other userscripts:
Closed Account Color Changer
'Rep User' link next to reputation count on threads

I can see a few things you could improve in the code but it'll work as it is now anyway.
Good job!

Thanks. This is a feature I think Omini should add to HF itself. It's very nice. Thanks OP!

WebExtender is fucked and so are the userscripts, closed.

Oh look I dug it up from my HDD, updated OP.

I just wanted to experience the bug you were talking about.

Last post last post Last post. last post.

Yeah the script checks if there is any text "last post" on a search.php page such as on the View New Posts page, and if there is it cancels the loop to add the custom links otherwise you'd get buggy shit like this:
