Have you ever installed a tweak that did not allow your device to boot back up?
Well, here is a easy fix to that problem.
Hold the home and the power button for about 30 seconds or until the device shuts off and shows up the apple logo again. Then hold the volume up button for atleast 30-60 seconds then let go and your device should go into no substrate mode. Now go into Cydia and uninstall your latest tweak or the tweak that you think caused it. Then you should be able to reboot back into substrate mode without any problems. I appreciate feedback if this helped you in any way.
