Step 1. Go to http://www.dlh.net
Step 2. Make an account (if it says username taken after you click register just sign in with that username and your password)
Step 3. Go to http://www.dlh.net/en/steam-keys
Step 4. at the bottom authenticate Facebook
Step 5. If you see a (like button) click it
Step 6. Click "Get your steam game here"
Step 7. ADD IT TO STEAM!!!
Sidenote: revisit http://www.dlh.net/en/steam-keys in 9 hours and get the other steam codes
Commander - Conquest Of The Americas HAS keys again!
For you people who think its "fishy" here are screen shots....
