I'm looking to buy two phones, two laptops, and two tablets, (no Apple products) and all of good specs soon. There has to be a killer deal out there somewhere for buying a crapload of devices together... all at once... anyone know where to look?

Unfortunately, you won't get many great "bulk" prices buying 2 of an item. Most substantial bulk discounts typically come when you're spending orders of magnitude more than that of a typical consumer

[Splice]

well that's not bulk at all. So you won't find any great deals.
