I've downloaded Bluestacks I have Kik. Now how do I send a Fake Camera pic

1 Tap the "+" buttonon the left side
2 Tap the Camera
3 It will let you choose if you would want to use the real Camera or Fake Camera. Choose the fake camera.
4 Choose the pic that you want to send
5 After choosing, tap send and you're done!

Try a different app. I know what you mean.

I couldn't downgrade mine, but I tried like 10 apps. One worked like a 1/3 of the time.
