Why are we here? Why are we doing this?

Before Haruhiro had realized what happened, he was surrounded by darkness. Why was he here? Where was here? Even now, he still didn't know. Those around him were the same as him, no one remembered anything other than their own names. And when they emerged from the darkness, the world that awaited them seemed like something out of a video game.

In order to survive, Haruhiro forms a party with the others, learns fighting skills, and as a soldier in the reserve force, takes his first steps into the world of Grimgar. What awaits him there, he doesn't know...

This the story of an adventure born from the ashes.

Definitely going to be watching this show once it starts airing. Seems interesting and falls into the genres I like to watch. It reminds me a little bit of "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?" haha.

I just finished "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?" and yeah it does look similar just because of that dagger. Is the main character going to be OP is w hat I'm wondering. Looks good so far.

From the two trailers you can't really tell if he is going to be OP or not. I honestly hope he isn't. There are already to many shows that have over-powered main characters. Guess we will have to wait and find out.

The Novel kind of put me off since it felt like most stories, But im def watching this anime for the artstyle. Looks amazing.

Ratings for this show dropped so fast and I'm not really sure why. I still like it.

People are dumb; i don't even know why their already rating the shows of this season on MAL -_- atleast wait til the show is finished, it will negatively affect the shows rating forever most likely because others ratings are most likely to affect each others.

I have/had some hopes for it, but I dno yet.
It's really slowpaced as for now. That's probably one fo the reasons why the ratings dropped somewhat. Stuff haven't really happened yet, imo.
They've like had some food, slept and talked for most of the part.

It's nice to see a main character along with his friends not be so OP for once. It's fairly rare nowadays actually. The artwork is also very different to most anime I've seen, and I actually like it. I wouldn't want it for every anime, but it works nicely for this one. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for episode 3 :)
