if you get scammed. dont be afraid to leave a netural rep even though it has no effect on there rep number.

If somebody has scammed you and stolen your money, leave them a neutral reputation point (0 rep point, not +1 or +3/-3 etc) saying they are a scammer and put a link to the scam report.

If you're going to leave a rep on someone's profile claiming them to be a scammer, you need to leave a thread link that's either a community alert or deal dispute that can effectively support your "scammer" rep.
