I want to use a hidden camera to cheat on a test, and I think that a wrist watch or glasses would be the most inconspicuous. Are there any I can buy that send live video feed? Thanks! :)

I don't know about glasses. There would be wires or they will look stupid like Google Glass. Watches - sure, but their not exactly cheap. I'd use images instead of live video as that would be both unreliable and very low quality making text hard to read.
You can use Tasker ($3) for Android OS. You create a 'task' to take a series of images (this doesn't open the app btw) while you scan the paper. The images are saved to your local dropbox folder. Lastly, the task triggers an 'dropsync' app, syncing the files online. You can take this task and create an app so you can just tap/click it. Someone on the other end just sends you answers back via SMS with your phone forwarding the messages to the watch. Networking, hotspot in the backpack using a mobile network.
There is someone on this forum I believe in the premium sellers that provides a service where if you send them a picture of your test/quiz, they send you the answers within like 3 minutes, etc. This could go well with what your trying to do. But as for the "live" video/image streaming that might be a bit hard to do. Your best bet for now is what the user said above ^^^^
