I find Virwox easyiest and best, it isn't so bad when you first hit their highest account level. I exchange monthly around 5000usd there without problems.

Also try out Virwox. They don't require ID but there is a limit on your first buy where you need to wait atleast 2 days for manual verification.

Virwox is a scamming company, two times i deposited 200 USD there and my account was closed..
Also you can see that because their customer support never answers lol
