Check your running processes and startup items. You may be able to spot something suspicious.

And just run an AV scan, that can also give you a good indication

What makes you think youre ratted, first off?

Install Malwarebytes and Avast,99% of times they will show if you are infected or not. Check for suspicious activity in task manager. And use common sense. Ask yourself questions like:"When could someone have ratted me?" and "Did my computer went slower after i installed something? Did something unusual happen after i dowloaded something?"

Thats all i can think of. When you want to be sure as fuck then buy another HDD/SSD and from there always use maximum safety. (antivirus program, sandboxie,no-script,uBlock, virtual mashine, common fucking sense(dont dowload weird torrents or the "Runescape gold generator"... etc.)
