Does mouse cursor show on black screen? Can you start computer into Safe Mode by pressing F8 key? Can you tell me what have you deleted and from where? Do you have Windows Setup DVD? Which version of Windows OS your using? Do you have another working computer? You said you could boot but there was black screen displayed the new error message wont even boot to Windows OS. Is the computer displaying this error on blue background. Boot your computer into Windows Setup DVD. Remove any recently added hardware. Select "Repair your Computer" and try Startup Repair and System Restore tools to resolve the issue. If you recently added a driver, restart your computer, enter Advanced Boot Options menu, select the Last Known Good Configuration option. You may boot Windows 10 into Safe Mode and try a system restore or a Rollback. The cause could be hard disk corruption, Run Chkdsk C: /r command on the system partition. If you cannot boot into Windows, use the Recovery Console and run Chkdsk C: /r or run Chkdsk from the Repair Console. Make sure to run Chkdsk command with Windows installed partition drive letter.
