Signup on any email prodiver that offers you to forward emails + keep copies of them.

For this, make a new email that has no other mail coming in other than HF emails saying you have received a private message. For this to work, go to HF and enable these settings in UserCP- https://hackforums.net/usercp.php?action=options


GMAIL allows you to do so (I use this).

Input a VOIP or your real phone into the forwarding area like this:

to get the email address to insert into the field above, do this.
