This definitely is not what it's like. In the documentaries I've seen, it's mainly people just repeating actions until perfection, not this.

Looks like some of you didn't read it quite right, it says "OCD & Anxiety", and it looks like the focus is on the anxiety part.

I would say the video is extreme OCD but mine isnt as bad as that but it can get like that sometimes.

I have to check if I locked a door 3-5 times even if I know I locked it or when I grab something and throw it I get up go pick it up and put it back here it was.

Quite annoying.
