Plugins

Now let's talk about the plugin support and the whole idea & goal of it.

As shown in picture's above I'll be developing various plugins over time. You can request whatever plugin you like and It'll be made if it meets the criteria. Also you can code plugins your self and send the code with the Title of the plugin along with a description You can also state If you'd like the plugin to be private or open source as you see a demonstration with the imgur uploader It's set to public so anyone can view it.

As always suggestions & feedback is always appropriated 🤝
This has no plugin support and just uses the WebBrowser control (meaning this is just a re-skin of internet explorer).
Lotta blood to let, peace to make, give a fuk about a check

The "Plugin" wasn't referring to actual addons from like chrome/firefox extensions for example. It's suppose to have like the same concept but It's going to be developed in the browser It's self if you know what i mean ? Like as i explained above and made a example like the Imgur-Uploader Is a good example of what i meant by the entire "Plugin" Concept eventually there will be tons of addons also I'm planning on making a website and add the plugins there which I'll have to do a bit of tinkering with to get it to work with the browser which I think i'm on the right redirection but yea

If you have to edit the main source of the program to add the feature, its not a plugin. The imgur example you gave is just part of the program, not a plugin.

Yea :\ not sure how to do it like that
I can tell you a noob and that your super cool, so for your efforts, and design i can say this is a great start, nice job.
Fucking hell, how is a new programmer going to have the motivation to keep coding with assholes like you?

Good job, keep at it! This is a good project, if you keep at it it'll be great one day.
Do your research! It can save your life!

How do expect people to progress if they are never criticized, and instead applauded for everything they do regardless how good it is and how many mistakes are in it?
I prefer criticism and correction when i am learning rather than people being too scared to hurt my feelings in fear that i might be put off.

I completely agree, OP by no means are we saying to stop this project, just put more effort into it, there's multiple threads on here and elsewhere that explain how to make a basic plugin system, just takes a little searching.

You offered no help with your criticism.

Me personally, when I started If someone would had simply pointed in the right direction It would had gone a lot smoother than it did, instead I spent 2 years off and on learning and not releasing anything because of getting -Rep'd for trying to release anything. (On another forum).

So he's using the WebBrowser control, why not link him to a bit of documentation on it?
I'm not saying spoon feed him by any means, nor am I disagreeing with your point that a certain amount of criticism is good, but bashing without offering any help or tips? Someone with your skill level should had at least posted a link man.

Of course all this is JUST my opinion, it could be wrong or right, I don't care, it's how I look at it.
I don't code anymore, and I never got into anything more than getting through school.

Great effort, that progress bar looks like something out of Safari!

I would suggest reworking the plugin system since people sending you their code isn't really a valid plugin, it's like people are contributing to its development. Also consider using a different web framework as this is running on the IE engine.

Oh and post the source on GitHub. It's good for projects like this + you won't be able to edit the thread after 2 days.
Great job for the effort buddy.
But I can't see the plugin there. You just put another program there but nothing to do with the webbrowser itself, right?
Program manager is the right name for it.

Check this webbrowser also coded in VB.NET AirBrowse
