If you are already signed into xbox.com it will probably error out because it will redirect to en-US (or whatever country you are in/set-as/defaulted to). If you open in this an incognito browser and sign in, or possibly sign out/delete cookies for xbox.com/microsoft.com it should work. After that, feel free to sign in and check your My Games and you'll see The Division posted. --- OR --- You can just change your location/region at the bottom of the page!
