Alright so my upcoming project will be something amazing for everyone, it is free for usage but some features (DDoS function, IP Blacklisting from resolvers, Email Blacklisting from resolvers, Profile Blocker, IP 2 Skype Blacklist - which will cost 2$ per (5$ for the DDoS), and 10$ for full blacklisting - example: try resolving kickass.bot once the project is finished). Anyways back to subject....

Okay so I'm in need for a website for this project, so I'm willing to offer some payment or a free blacklisting & ddos function LIFETIME (whichever you believe fits best to you). It MUST have a database, either MySQL or just normal MSSQL does not matter I can code using both languages.

What do I need?
I need a website that includes the following features.
- Remember: I do not need YOU to code the page for me, just to DESIGN it.
1) Home Page:
- Awesome style
- Create your own logo saying "KickAss Skypton" (the name).
- Amazing background.
- Nice visual effects to make it look professional.

2) Login/Register Account Page + Cpanel.

3) Statistic page with list of:
- Active users.
- Current resolves for the day.
- Total resolves.
- Total blacklisted addresses.

4) Payment page (stand-alone) where you get to chose between:
- 2$ per blacklist or 10$ (+5$ per month to continue to DDoS, only 10$ for starter package included DDoS function) for full package.
- Email 2 Skype
- Skype 2 Email
- Profile View Blocker
- IP 2 Skype
- Skype 2 IP
- DDoS Function (API Key) (5$ stand-alone PER MONTH PRICE - due VPS needs to be paid per month).

5) Online FREE Tools Page:
Direct communication tools using Skype Service IP.
- Resolvers, Viewers, Trackers and more!

6) About, Help & FAQ Page:

My Advice is to find a web template you like for free and I can help you fix it up or give you advice. However the best route would be a nice template.

I'm glad you understood, yes that's exactly what I want and that is why the payment is not so high because this is easy work. But I need design for this, I can code it myself and use my own template based on your designs... but Logo, Background, icons, etc... And please add me on skype so we can talk, easier than posting a comment each time ^^

I don't use skype, but I thought I read somewhere the latest update BLOCKED skype IP addresses from being seen?
Again I don't use skype so I don't look it was linked on here so I read it (lol)

Open the thread link in the first post and checkout, Microsoft can never be smarter than hackers.... they simply suck :x

Anyways they has a lot of holes in their project even errors for some reason, but yeah I managed to figure a way to 100% grant correct IP Address and information.
