I've seen a lot of people try and sell this method, and I'm not trying to bash them at all, but they can sell to the people who aren't tech savvy enough to do it themselves.
This is a public method, for the record, just not really put into complete perspective. This will be to teach all of you how to do so, and give you a little insight on how to utilize a simple plug in to recreate expired emails.

Step 1; Install Mozilla FireFox.
Step 2; Find the plug in named "Tamper Data," and install it. I will list a screenshot of what you are looking for.

Step 3; Head over to outlook.com to begin checking to see if the email exists.
Step 4; Sign into an email, could be an outlook, or live if you already have one.
Step 5; Go into account settings, your info, and then manage your sign-in email and phone number.
Step 6; Under account aliases, go to add email.
Step 7; Now remember what I was talking about when I said checking the email? You can check to see if a email under a specific domain exists, and if you receive the following message, it clearly doesn't lol.

Step 8; When you're in add email, you will notice it gives you the message to add an outlook email.

Step 9; This is where you need tamper data. By now you should have it installed. By tapping the "alt" key on your keyboard, a task bar will appear at the top of the screen. Under "tools" you will find Tamper Data at the bottom.

Step 11; This is where it gets tricky. With the menu open, in the top left of the tamper data window, you will see an option that says "start tamper."
Begin typing random characters into the outlook email, so you can begin to activate the process of adding an email. With tampering beginning, WHILE YOU ARE TAMPERING, AND THE LETTERS ADDED, click ADD ALIAS.

Click on Tamper!
Step 12; You will be prompted with a new window. The bar listed with single domain will contain a bunch of random characters. From there, you will highlight and delete said characters, and replace it with the domain you are trying to recreate (live.com, live.ca, hotmail.co.uk, etc).

Step 13; Click abort on all the random popups, and you should receive this screen! REMEMBER TO STOP TAMPERING WHEN DONE. IF YOU TRY CLICKING AND ADDING AND IT DOESN'T WORK, JUST REFRESH THE PAGE.
