How to fix black colors

Hi, I am not sure if you can see the problem in the screenshot.

If you can, how can I fix it ?
It's pretty annoying, I even get it in movies.

Boot your computer into Safe Mode and tell us if the issue resolved.

Same problem.

The monitor I'm using is the HP Envy 34c

Connect computer to different monitor or TV set to see issue resolves if it does then you have faulty monitor.
