I want to make a skeletal horse spawn egg for players in my server as a voting reward. I've tried using the /give command to give it to them, but it keeps giving them either a normal horse spawn egg or an empty egg. Is it possible to make a skeletal horse spawn egg with metadata on the command or something?

I've tried this command already, but it gives them a normal horse egg
/give {username} spawn_egg 1 100 {Type:4}

After a few moments experimenting with commands, and some googling, it doesn't yet appear possible to edit what spawn eggs can spawn. In 1.9 it'll be possible using /give @p spawn_egg 1 0 {EntityTag:{id:EntityHorse,Type:4}}

Ok thanks, I just set it to give them a voucher for me to spawn them one

I'm assuming that your server is Bukkit/Spigot? I'm sure there's a plugin out there to spawn/give custom spawn eggs that spawn mobs with certain presets or entity types.
