Does any body know how to make a HD video into an avatar that would be the size for hf?

I tried myself but didn't really succeed, I want this video to loop perfectly (particles making one full loop around the Jeep logo) as my avatar here on hf, and I want the black area to be transparent.

I don't think its possible to turn it into a GIF without keeping the background that color.

It would also take a long ass time to make this a GIF since you would have to take pictures of every single frame.

So what if I made the background to the exact color of HF's gray background, could that work?

And it's not that big of a deal to me if it doesn't loop perfectly, just as long as it loops.
