Turn a USB drive into a CD drive

Ok so i have a USB flash drive and id like to format it to be read as a CD drive by windows when i plug it into someone else computer. The main reason i want to do this is because where i work we have a party coming up and we can bring in some movies, the problem is, i don't have a cd burner and id like to bring in some movies i downloaded in.

Unfortunately the computers here do not allow USB drives, they format them the instant they are plugged in, the only thing you can do is copy files from the computer to the USB, not other way around. So if i put a couple .mp4's or .avi's in they'd be immediately wiped. I'm not sure how i can go about bringing in some movies on USB other than formatting the USB drive to be read as a CD drive as the computer does allow cd's to be read. Does anyone know of a way i can go about this?

Also i feel that making the files on the flash drive read only wont be a valid solution as the computers format them, not wipe them. Today is the 25th and the party is on the 29th.
what if you create an ISO of your data then use dd to copy to the flash drive ? cant post links so google for Some_dd_examples
It's simply not possible to turn a usb flash stick into a cd drive.

What you could do is make it into a bootable usb flash with some tool like kon-boot to bypass the windows administrator password.

Then you could copy movies from the usb as administrator, probably without the usb getting wiped.
