as i said, i don't like opening dispute threats, because it is kinda our own fault that we have trusted him, however i did it because i saw alot of people getting scammed from this guy..

People think Bandors is trusted person because of his rep but this means nothing. He is one of the biggest scammers here. We can say Bandor's on a scamming spree

Did he make you agree to any special TOS? I've talked some to Bandors and he is a really nice guy. But since I've started seeing so many scam reports I really don't know what to think...

My guess is, you agreed to his TOS, which includes no discussion of the transaction.

By opening the dispute, you've now broken his TOS and are not eligible for a refund.

After 4 months of waiting I dont blame you though. It is better to advise people at this point as your likely never seeing the money back.

Hey

I dont want my money back.. That's the reason i never asked Bandors for a refund (even tho he would never refund).

When i pay for an objective to be done, either you can do it , either you CANT.

I'm here to say Bandors cant hack anything since i gave him 4 months and the last 2 months he is not even responding to my msg's.

The reason for this treat is because i don't want more people to get scammed , since he still offering "hacking lessons"..

When will people realize these shitty ToS on people's thread hold little value. Its like saying I can start a booter service and sell lifetime spots then close down a day later. But wait this is perfectly fine because my ToS says lifetime = duration the service is running for right? No you obviously cant pull that shit
