My New Computer Performance (w/Screenshots)

Hello everybody,

Recently I bought a new computer for $600. I have noticed since I have received this computer that it has performed slowly. Below, I have posted some screenshots for all the people that have a great knowledge of how computers work to analyze and give me their honest opinion. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

stop watching porn is the solution! jk. what are the specs?
I would personally disable Cortana, unless you use her. I would uninstall CyberLink (both programs). Highly doubt this is the problem but check the screenshot "System Specs" and go to Remote Settings and make sure you uncheck Remote Assistance and select Don't allow connections to this computer. In the Program and Features sreenshot, check what Windows Features are on. I'm assuming you already ran CCleaner. Check firewall and lookup anything that looks out of place. What is it that you are experiencing slowness on specifically?
Laptop is atleast 5 years old. Paying $600 for it, is a bit of a rip off imo considering how old it is.
Also why are you showing off your processes? Why do we care about those?
Download Speccy and post a screenshot instead lmfao.

You should definitely consider an SSD though.

The school ISP could of also blocked torrenting. To possibly get around this try downloading a VPN.
Prob might be some overheat prob
