So after a clean fresh install of Windows 7 I often have this problem and I can't remember how I usually feel so after a clean fresh install of Windows 7 I often have this problem and I can't remember how I usually solve it. I think it's usually solved after a week or so of running , but I can't remember.

So right after this fresh install Windows update will be stuck at windows is checking for updates forever. Anyone else have this issue? Solutions?

I think there is a issue with your router but you can use my batch script to repair Windows Update issues.
