hydra gtk - the variables argument needs at least the strings ^USER^ or ^PASS^

hello to all. I have a problem with hydra-gtk:
I searched in this forum about my problem but i have found only one post but i haven't found a solution, such as in internet.
hydra gkt return me this error:
the variables argument needs at least the strings ^USER^ or ^PASS^: (null)
and i don't understand why.
the target is a websites, i know the username (it's my account), the source code of the page show me that the method is POST, so i use http-post-form. file of password is pass.txt.
i've read the source code of hydra and at the end of file there's write to put this error if the fields of username && password are empty, but it's no so for me.

if i use hydra in shell the program return me that the all password in the pass.txt file is correct.
thanks for help.
bye.
Use tamper data to capture the post login request
and then add the three variables in this syntax

"/login.php=:user^USER^&pass=^PASS^"
