Looking for someone who knows their way around Unity 3D

I'm having issues with a game I've been wanting to make, my issue is I don't know jack shit about c# or JS...
so far I've gotten nowhere, I can make buildings and trees and all that good stuff easily, I haven't even gotten that far I want to make a main menu a character selection screen and a combat/health system but i can't manage that because it requires some decent knowledge of C#, I'm just looking for someone that wants to be a part of making an rpg game and knows their stuff.
I've always wanted to be part of developing an RPG game, I have experience with c#, Some Basic Java and the Unity3D engine. HMU if you need me!
I'm actually trying to build a game in Unity, but network problem showed up and no one been able to solve it yet :/
Have a cool signature? hit me up and I might use it.

Designing the game is like 70% of the work, the other 30% is coding and graphics, because no matter how good your code and graphics are, unless it's enjoyable, it's not worth playing.

I play wow and a ton of random other rpgs and I have a decent grasp of what I find enjoyable. At this point in time I just log on wow to log on and do weekly arena for the points the games been way to drawn out and I think my idea for what I'm trying to pull off is new and has that certain edge.

Having the idea is something, and actually putting it to work is a total different story, I really recommend you to make thorough documentation the game you have in mind, don't leave any small details, and don't forget drop rates/leveling/damage formula/skills/etc...
Trust me when I say it's not that easy task you ever thought it would be, and since starting mmo is hard thing, and certain Unity isn't made for large scale mmo, I suggest making a prototype then search for some funding.

I have like everything till level forty wrote on paper or I used paint shop to draw a map of the world with names and labels, even a color key notifying where a main portal is and etc, Only thing i didn't look into is "Gear" I have skills that make gear even, I'm assuming i'm just going to put like lets say you have a chest piece and it's named Kanen chest of immortality.. or some other random made up name, if it's the crafted one I guess i'm going to just use the original piece of gear then nerf the stats on it and have a orange label right under it's name when you inspect it saying "crafted" and as for Unity, I noticed it can't handle a lot because in the beginning i made a ton of terrains and lifted them up then made the dips for oceans and it was so lagged even for my machine that I couldn't fine detail any landscape and I had to drop that scene lol I guess I will have "close area's" close and other area's just phase to a new scene, maybe even have it on a different server so people just load quick and connect to the new scene and gg, not sure of what to do with that.

forgot to mention, don't forget to look into which network system you're going to use, Unet is free and can modify lots of the parts, however it doesn't support more than 1 online scene. photon (far as I remember) have "rooms" so it can work for multiple online scenes but it's not free. if you want Unet to have "multiple online scenes" you'll have to manually separate them spatially.
As for unity it really depends on your settings, don't make it just render everything, let it render the close stuff in high details, and far stuff in lower, till some point stop rendering stuff (use sky box, or so I remember the name was).
The server build should have no rendering at all, it's useless for the server, unless you're allowing players to host their own games, then it'll be host not server.
