Manually typing cve on google to get vulnerable website to exploit is a very rigorous. Are they free or paid automated tools or scripts to extract websites vulnerable to a particular cve?

I am interested in exploiting cve-2015-8562 and cve-2015-1579. I am also interested in exploiting joomla cve, wordpress cve and drupal cve which are found in exploit-db dot com

I can basically run tools and scripts on windows os and linux os.
