You can contact omni but he will go by what is in the help documents without any question.

If you think he will be lenient about something, he probably won't. Good luck :)

Omni PM'ed me about it a day after I upgraded. I would've been closed if I was a multi. I simply live with my cousin who had an account on HF, so obviously it's going to be the same IP. Having 1 matching IP does not necessarily mean you are a multi accounter; however, 13 is just too suspicious.
