Bitcoin Buyers Guide | Buy Safely with 0-1% Fees

I'm creating this tutorial to try and help limit the amount of problems this site gets between the Currency Exchange section, and to help people out that are paying overkill 10-20% rates while purchasing their Bitcoin.

There is multiple methods on how to acquire Bitcoin, I will start with my own personal favorite, and preferred method.

Method #1 : Circle.com (Credit/Debit/Bank --> Bitcoin)

Circle.com is a website that accepts Debit card's to buy Bitcoin with a 1% fee, you pay 100 USD, and in return you acquire 99$ Bitcoin, it's very simple.

Step 1. Register on Circle.com or on the mobile app Circle Pay.

Step 2. Add your debit card.

Step 3. Add money.

Step 4. Go to Currency's and hit convert to Bitcoin.

boom, there you go Bitcoin within 3 minutes at a 1% Rate, small amounts will be instantly added, starting off you will have a 300$ weekly limit and then if you'd like to put in more information to confirm your identity with circle then you can upgrade to a 3,000$ weekly limit.
in some cases when adding large amounts of money to circle it requires extra authorization of it is the first time, such as a selfie, and photo of drivers liscense to confirm your identity to prevent them from being carded.

Method #2 : Coinbase.com (Bank --> Bitcoin)

Coinbase is very similar to circle, but under my understanding you can only acquire Bitcoin on Coinbase by linking your bank account, after linking your bank account it becomes just as easy as Circle and as explained on coinbase.com it's as simple as following these steps.

Step 1 : SIGN UP
Create a bitcoin wallet where you can securely store bitcoin.

Step 2 : CONNECT
Connect your bank account so that you can exchange bitcoin into and out of your local currency.

Step 3 : BUY BITCOIN
Buy your first bitcoin to begin using the future of money.

Coinbase works just as easy as circle does, but from my understanding they collect more data then circle upon initial registration as they acquire a bank account attachment where as circle only requires a debit card, I've also heard of such things known as a Limited Coinbase account where they will no longer allow you to purchase Bitcoin, due to this reason I highly suggest using Circle and not Coinbase, but both are safe alternatives and much safer then the Currency Exchange forum on here.

Method #3 : Libertyx.com (Cash --> Prepaid Card --> Bitcoin)

LibertyX is another quick and easy way to acquire Bitcoin as they sell prepaid cards offered at retailers, you make a account and then buy a code at a local retailer and then upload the code to your LibertyX account, up to 500$ with no fees if you sign up via Facebook.

Upon Signing up with Facebook you could use a fake Facebook account to potentially stay anonymous through LibertyX. LibertyX has a maximum limit of Bitcoin per day at 1,000$ BTC per day.

you can find the closest LibertyX store near you by typing in your zipcode, after purchasing a code, you upload it to your account and wallet and you can spend it instantly if you'd like with no hold times, if you don't sign up with Facebook and use a mobile phone to register there will be a 1% fee on all Bitcoin purchases.

Method #4 : LocalBitcoins.com (PayPal --> Bitcoin)
LocalBitcoins is commonly identified as the secured Bitcoin craigslist of the internet. Part of its fame comes from its escrow system, which is used among Bitcoin buyers and sellers alike, After registering on LocalBitcoins a user has to go through certain verifications such as email, phone number, ID and passport in order to have a verified account. Still, that doesn't change the fact that the legibility of an account also depends on the amount of trades a user has conducted through the escrow platform, LocalBitcoins is merely a middleman between buyers and sellers, wherein the sellers and buyers decide their own rate for buying and selling Bitcoins. Although the rates offered might be a bit high, it is promptly irresistible due to the fact that most of the deals can be done through LocalBitcoins escrow system.

thread will be receiving future updates.
This is amazing!

Thanks for this, bro :)
Circle you need a lot of verification, and LocalBitcoins is very scammy.

LibertyX charges no fees itself, but if you go to the store they generally charge their own fee.

They don't charge fees in the store. They are not allowed to.

I have been to 3-4 stores, all around 5 percent fee.

All in different areas too.
Maybe I have bad luck.
As I stated, the point of this thread was to educate the people who don't know about these methods as there are quite a few people who do not, and only have the Hackforums Marketplace to accquire Bitcoins.
Thanks man! Well done.. Keep up the good work
