Since you opened up RAT and Crypter I'm asking this here. Its related to both subjects.
Is there are any way to make stub hard to delete even after getting detected by AV?

I don't really think so, after the AV Detects the virus It'll remove It's source, means that even if you have startup persistence It would be useless.
