got a $200 code that keeps giving 203 error. it says i can request a refund, but my account is frozen and i need to provide id and shit, but it says i should still be able to request a refund, but when it does it keeps me in a redirect loop. anything i could do?

I can't believe they haven't fixed this error yet. You have to call the PayPal My Cash number and send them a bunch of info. It will take a few days if not a week
