I really can't chose the best forum to post this please help me.

I have a email spoofer which will go to Inbox not spam.It might be nothing much but I just wanted to share it with the community. Which section I should post?
Since it is a kind of a giveaway PHP section won't be suited.
Its not a actual giveaway so I don't think giveaway section will suit it either.
What about beginner hacking section?
Please post your suggestion.
